Deep Tissue Massage

Much deeper than a Swedish Massage, this technique affects the deeper layers of muscles providing relief to chronic muscular tension.

Sports Massage 1 1/2 hours  $90.00
Uses a variety of strokes and gentle compression to help increase blood flow, nutrients and oxygen to muscles for optimum performance. Passive stretches are incorporated to increase flexibility and improve range motion

Uses our prego pillow to give moms-to-be incredible comfort, while relieving tension, soothing tired muscles and increasing circulation,

Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, the feet and sometimes the hands are massaged while working specific acupressure points to help balance body functions.

Hot Stone Massage  1 1/2 hours $95.00
Melt away stress using smooth, polished basalt lava stones. Deep heat penetrates tight, sore muscles inducing a state of relaxation.
